Service Description

Our bootcamp is an intensive workout program conducted outdoors. It involves a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and agility drills. Participants are pushed to their limits through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions and circuit workouts. The goal is to improve overall fitness, build strength, increase endurance, and promote weight loss through challenging and varied exercises. Bootcamps run for several months starting in March until August, with sessions go for a hour.
