Cyrus Barlee is the Founder of NoLackinLifestyle LLC, a Philadelphia-based sports marketing, media, and athlete development company focused on helping athletes, teams, and sports organizations build stronger performance, presence, and brand identity.
With nearly a decade of experience in coaching, sports leadership, and athletic development, Cyrus has worked across multiple levels of sports environments, including high school athletics, training programs, and sports-based community initiatives. His background in coaching and athlete development laid the foundation for his transition into sports media and branding.
Cyrus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania and has built his career around performance coaching, discipline, and athlete growth. He has also worked extensively in sports operations and program leadership, gaining hands-on experience in team development, athlete mentorship, and organizational culture.
Through NoLackinLifestyle LLC, Cyrus combines athletic performance training with modern sports media and branding strategies. His mission is to help athletes not only develop physically, but also build their personal brand, gain exposure, and create opportunities beyond the game.
Today, he leads NoLackinLifestyle LLC as a growing sports marketing and athlete development platform dedicated to elevating sports culture through performance, storytelling, and content creation.
